Historic trails in Singapore

The National Parks board has many maps of trails for which one can have a leisurely stroll on.

What's this got to do with Singapore history, you may ask? Well, a couple of those are history related.

• Ann Siang Hill Park and Telok Ayer Green - Pioneers Trail 
• Empress Place, Esplanade Park and War Memorial Park – Monument Trail 
• Fort Canning Park - Ancient History Trail 
• Fort Canning Park - Colonial History Trail 
• Heritage Roads of Singapore

All these should make for a good two or three days walk, if one takes in all the sights slowly. Good idea for a DIY learning journey too!
